Project Overview

HR PLATFORM is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS recruitment and compliance platform engineered to streamline end-to-end recruitment operations for organizations with strict isolation and compliance requirements.

Architecture & Backend Engineering

• Multi-tenant, Event-Driven Backend: Built a NestJS & PostgreSQL B2B SaaS backend featuring company-scoped data isolation and RBAC. Orchestrated Inngest background workflows (document processing, emails, indexing, scheduled analytics) with step-level retries and fault tolerance.
• Search & Async Indexing: Engineered multi-criteria Elasticsearch job discovery (salary, language, work style, category hierarchies, placement metrics) via an idempotent PostgreSQL → Elasticsearch Inngest sync pipeline. Implemented Redis API rate limiting & buffered telemetry batch-flushing for non-blocking requests.

Frontend & Experience

• Data-Intensive SPA: Built a high-performance React & Vite SPA utilizing TanStack Query for server-state caching and optimistic UI updates in fast-paced recruiter workflows.
• Containerized Deployments: Packaged as Docker containers deployed seamlessly on Railway.
• Engineering Quality: Led code reviews and architecture improvements, enforcing ESLint, Husky/lint-staged, and end-to-end typed contracts across a pnpm monorepo.
